Cancellation & refund policy

• You can cancel a booking any time before it starts, from My bookings. The seat is released at once.
• Day passes are paid at the library, so cancelling costs nothing.
• If a library can’t honour your booking (closed, seat not available), tell us through the Grievance officer page.

Monthly fees are paid to the library and follow that library’s own refund rules; ask the library before you pay. Every payment the library records gets a receipt number you can see under My memberships.
